SUMMARY:From Home Brew to House of Fermentology Lecture
DESCRIPTION:Presented in partnership with the Vermont Humanities Council Speaker’s Bureau. Bill Mares began making his own beer 45 years ago\, when homebrewing was illegal and there were no microbreweries in America. The reservation form will be available on the Soundings Canvas page. Reservations are not required for non-Soundings students\, faculty\, staff\, or community members\, but are appreciated in order to plan for seating.
