Carrie is the Office of Workforce, Community & Economic Development (WCED) Business Manager. As such she oversees the day-to-day business processes, contracting, and financial matters of the four centers housed within WCED. Carrie also plays a role in Vermont State University’s company-based certificate and degree programs where she works one-on-one with students to provide non-instructional advising and is the liaison for students and administrative departments. Before joining Vermont Technical College in September 2000, she worked as a legal secretary and real estate closing coordinator in Chittenden County. She holds a B.S. from Vermont Technical College in Business Technology & Management.
