Jonathan “JT” Taylor

Adjunct Professor of Photography

Jonathan earned a BA in Art and Literature from Marlboro College in 1998, completing an Honors Thesis solo show installation of photographs and architectural sculpture. He went on to earn an MFA from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2013 with a Thesis Show entitled: Home. Work. Driving. Storms. He has taught photography, graphic design, and visual art in a wide-variety contexts from a magnet high school arts program, to the Middlebury Studio School, to Green Mountain College, and Castleton State College. In 2005 he was selected as a University of Vermont Teacher of the Year. He has been a working graphic designer since 1993, and a photographer and visual artist since 1995.
