MICHAEL A. ROOSEVELT is an artist and educator who started his career in 1967 at Atelier 17 in Paris. He began teaching at the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design, Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1970 and is an adjunct professor in the Visual Arts Department at Vermont State University-Lyndon, where he has taught drawing and sculpture. His work has been shown in group and solo exhibitions throughout the United States and in Canada, China, France, Italy, Japan, and Mexico.
