Kristen is a Certified Veterinary Technician with over a decade of experience in the veterinary field. A proud 2009 alum of Vermont Tech with an associate’s degree in veterinary technology. She started her career in private practice, where she worked as head tech and inventory manager for many years. Kristen joined the Veterinary Technology department at Vermont State University in January 2019, where her passion for educating the next generation of vet techs grew. She not only boasts a strong background in veterinary medicine but also holds a bachelor’s in business management and a master’s in education.
