VTSU’s Engineering Bridge Program is designed to inspire and prepare students for rewarding careers in engineering, manufacturing, construction management, and related fields. Open to high school students, CTE participants, and adult learners, the program bridges the gap between curiosity and career by combining academic coursework with hands-on learning experiences at VTSU Randolph’s state-of-the-art Engineering Labs.

With courses in foundational mathematics, technical writing, an immersive Explore Engineering class, and opportunities to earn industry-recognized credentials, participants gain the skills and confidence needed to pursue engineering technology degrees, apprenticeships, and careers. Fully funded and focused on accessibility, the program empowers participants to build a future in Vermont’s growing engineering and manufacturing workforce.

No Upfront Costs
Tuition is covered by Dual Enrollment, Early College/VAST, and other voucher programs.
Scholarship funds are available to all FAFSA-eligible Engineering Bridge Program participants who continue on to VTSU Engineering Degree programs. Scholarships will cover all tuition, fees, and additional program costs through 2026.

Experience hands-on learning in VTSU’s Electrical Engineering Technology labs, where you will design, test, and troubleshoot circuits and learn about the skills needed for careers in manufacturing, maintenance, and advanced electronics.

Develop industry-ready design skills with advanced CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create the precise 3D models and technical drawings essential for success in engineering and advanced manufacturing careers.
