Why Study Leadership Studies at Vermont State?
- Future Impact: Gain the strategies, knowledge, and inspiration to shape the movements of the future, whether you are a mid-career or senior professional or are in the middle of a professional change. Students come from every sector, including education, business, public affairs, human and social services, healthcare, the arts, and civic affairs.
- Flexible Design: Complete the six-course program in one year through full-time enrollment (two concurrent courses per semester) or in two years with part-time enrollment (one course per semester). Courses can be completed in any sequence.
- Cutting-Edge Strategies: Courses use multimedia content, experiential projects, open education resources, peer study sessions, critical perspectives, creative expression, adult learning theory, and other engaging instructional strategies.
- Deep Study: 5-credit courses give you fewer courses to complete, fewer transitions, fewer (yet more captivating) assignments, and fewer readings, so you can absorb them more fully.
- Online: The courses are online in an asynchronous format, so you can arrange your own weekly schedule. The program is available to a global audience.
