In Vermont State’s M.A. in Leadership Studies, you will gain a deep foundational knowledge in leadership while also putting your learning into practice through original projects in real-work settings.
From the foundations and models of leadership, design, and system thinking, to diversity studies, ethical leadership, and scholar-practitioner methods of inquiry, each 5-credit course offers the time for focused study and meaningful interactions with peers and faculty.
In the M.A. in Leadership Studies program, you will use practitioner inquiry to pilot projects in your workplace, social, or community setting as a means of developing your ability to conduct everyday leadership.
