Bailey Phillips is a Residence Hall Director who oversees the Houses, Babcock, and Wheeler residence halls on the Castleton campus. Starting in July of 2025, Bailey has made it her mission to help residential students feel comfortable and supported in their environments, ensuring a great experience here at Vermont State University.
Bailey graduated from the University of Vermont in May of 2025 and is now pursuing a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Leading Organizational Change here at VTSU. Bailey is also a cat lover, having two of her own, Basil and Lottie, who you may see peering out of her window while walking around campus!
