Dr. Yolanda “Faith” LeNoir Arowolo is an accomplished Professor of Finance. Auditing, and Accounting with extensive experience in both domestic and international higher education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance (2007) and a Master’s degree in Accounting (2011) from the University of Phoenix. She earned her Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) in Strategy & Leadership from Regent University in 2019, where her research was guided by distinguished scholars Dr. Doris Gomez and Dr. Kathleen Patterson.

Following her academic achievements, Dr. Arowolo was recruited by Deloitte, a leading global firm specializing in audit, consulting, advisory, and tax services. She currently serves as a Senior Forensic Accountant within the Government Public Services (GPS) sector, supporting the United States Department of Homeland Security. In this role, she specializes in Intelligence and Investigations, applying her expertise to complex financial and regulatory matters of national importance.

A dedicated educator and practitioner-scholar, Dr. Arowolo has been teaching Accounting and Finance since 2015, bringing real-world insight into the classroom and fostering student success through applied learning. Her academic appointments include Ohio Christian University, Purdue University, South College, Southern New Hampshire University, and the University of Phoenix.

Through her dual commitment to professional practice and education, Dr. Arowolo continues to empower the next generation of leaders in finance, accounting, and analytics while contributing meaningfully to both academia and public service.
