Stephanie Gall (sounds like “gaal”) is a registered dietitian who holds a doctorate in clinical nutrition from Rutgers University. She believes in the healing power of nutritious food and strives to dispel nutritional myths based on scientific literature.  Her primary specialty is medical nutrition therapy for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other gastrointestinal illnesses.

Over the course of her 20 year career, she has participated in many aspects of dietetics – inpatient assessment, outpatient counseling, clinical oversight, policy-making, and foodservice management. When she isn’t reading evidence-based literature, she tends to her lush garden and travels to foreign countries to eat regional cuisine.
