Hard Soft Skills Series _ Core Leadership Training Program

This training program emphasizes positive interpersonal growth and social skills development because leaders have to motivate and build trust with other adults. Hard to do! Working with our expert instructor, you’ll identify and increase effective communication skills. You’ll have time to identify the various conflict styles as you consider your own individual habits and preferences. This leadership training will prepare you to positively coach and motivate employees – while also helping you learn how to give both positive and developmental feedback. This online, four-session series includes individual assessments, professional reading, and classroom discussions. Our engaging instructor will help you organize all learning materials so they are easily used within your future leadership experiences.
