Vermont State provides health and wellness support and services to help you to access the care you need during your education and develop skills essential for a vibrant life after college, too.

Our on-campus wellness centers offer first-aid and triage services by a registered nurse and referrals to local medical practices and dentists. Center staff also offer free, confidential mental health services, emergency response and crisis intervention support, in addition to workshops on mindfulness, stress management, meditation, healthy relationships, yoga, substance use prevention and education, and more.

Vermont State partners with TELUS to offer free and confidential 24/7 mental health and wellness resources to our entire student learning community.

Whether you’re seeking a single-session, or scheduled sessions with the same counselor, support is just a call, chat, or video message away. TELUS trained counselors are prepared to help you process complex feelings, navigate frustration or uncertainty, and more.
