My journey at VTSU has been long and interesting, I originally started as a College Steps student and I transitioned into starting full time on my bachelors in Fall 2022.
What inspired me to pursue higher education was to show the world that adults who are autistic can earn their higher education and they can be successful, regardless of their labels and expectations that society has put on them. Vermont State has helped me show the world this.
I am happy I’m earning my bachelors in Communications and my associates in Psychology from Vermont State.
My advice to fellow autistics or any prospective students who have been told that they can’t do it.
You can do it, believe in yourself.
