My name is Janine Gutstein. I am an adult learner returning to VTSU to complete a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing. I believe education is a gift and a life long journey that embellishes life’s experiences. Academic education has enabled me the opportunity to not only improve upon my career goals, but has helped to teach me about who I am and who I want to be. It has also provided me a compass on what directions in life I want to travel. Each step I take academically changes me in the best ways. I look forward to this new year of learning and embrace all the good that is to come. Thank you to Vermont State University for offering me this amazing gift of learning.
