I’m proud of all my accomplishments but I would have to say that making it where I am today would be my greatest accomplishment. Earning my degree is very important to me, I strive to be the best learner I can and getting the degree proves that I worked for what I got and have proof of the work I put in. My parents never went to college but it was all they ever wanted for me, in high school I took a graphic design class and fell in love, that’s when I decided Graphic Design is what I wanted to do. Growing up my family didn’t have much money, when COVID hit I was in middle school, my parents were still working through this. They don’t live together leaving me to watch my brothers, high school I struggled for a bit but I shortly figured it out.

My first semester of college my childhood home burnt down, nobody was living there it just had all my childhood things inside. The best advice I can give someone is never give up, life is hard, giving up leads to failure and you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. “When the world turns its back on you, you turn your back on the world” – the lion king.
