Above all else, my proudest achievements are raising my children and completing the rigorous challenge of U.S. Army Basic Training-experiences that instilled in me a profound sense of discipline and purpose. This same dedication has defined my academic journey, where earning a place on the President’s List served as a testament to my commitment. Currently, I am focused on completing my Bachelor’s degree as a vital milestone toward my ultimate goal: attending law school and becoming an attorney dedicated to serving the veteran community.
My drive is fueled by a desire to address the complexities of our modern world and embody the change I wish to see. This resolve was truly tested when I survived a stroke in the middle of a semester; rather than deterring me, this challenge deepened my passion and ignited a relentless motivation to succeed. My journey is proof that it is never too late to pursue your calling-never give up, and never surrender.
