Who or What Helped You Succeed During Your Time at VTSU?
I am an English as a second language student from Thailand, and my journey at VTSU from the PN program to the ADN program has been very meaningful to me. Throughout my nursing education at the VTSU Williston campus, my instructors have supported me not only academically, but also emotionally and physically during difficult times and health challenges. Their kindness, patience, and encouragement have helped me build confidence and continue moving forward toward my goal of becoming a good nurse.
What are Your Plans After Graduation?
After graduation, I hope to work on an oncology floor so I can support cancer patients and their families during some of the hardest moments in their lives. I want to give compassionate care, provide comfort, and make a positive difference for my patients.
What Advice Would you Give to Incoming or Current VTSU Students?
Believe in yourself, you can achieve any goal in life. VTSU will help prepare you to reach those goals and support you along the way.
