What You’ll Learn

As a Resort and Hospitality Management student, you’ll be busy with your passion of the outdoors in the classroom and on the mountain:  

• Resort Operations: You’ll earn a paycheck and academic credits toward your degree through experiences in resort operations.    
• Diverse Classes: Our multidisciplinary degree offers courses on a wide range of issues in the resort and hospitality industry, including law, professional communication, retail management and consumer behavior, financial and budget management, and market research.  
• Lifelong Education: You’ll graduate with a strong sense of environmental responsibility and sustainability, and you’ll be open to the lifelong learning you’ll need for a successful career.   

Outside the Classroom, In the Community

During the program, the wider community will be your classroom as a student who lives and learns at the Lodge at Killington. You’ll be immersed every day in the resort and hospitality industry. And you’ll make connections with industry leaders and develop a solid professional network starting in your first year.
