Personal Counseling
During your academic career you may find that you need advice concerning academic or personal matters. Students are assigned to an Academic Advisor that can help them with planning curriculum and making sure all the requirements for graduation are met. Please be sure to meet with your Academic Advisor(s) and Student Success Advisor within the first three weeks of school. If you don’t know who your advisors are, look it up in the online Portal or contact the Registrar’s office. It will be important that you get to know your advisors. They can give you more meaningful recommendations to prospective employers or to other schools if they know you. Personal counseling is available to all students and there is not a charge for the first three sessions. Please contact Student Support Services in Conant Hall, 2nd floor, or email at AcademicSupport@VermontState.edu
