Activate Your VSC Account

Every member of the Vermont State University community is assigned a VSC account that allows full access to IT support and services. Be sure to activate it for access by following this link.

Log In to the VSC System

Many VSC services require you to log in to the system. Most sites use the same login service, or Single Sign-On (SSO).

Explore the VSC Portal

The VSC Portal is the place to access the resources utilized by students, staff, and faculty across the system. The Portal not only contains links to various online systems (Canvas, Email, UKG, Yuja, Self-Service, etc.), but also offers links to business forms like tuition waivers and faculty contracts.

Vermont State University’s new Student Tech Requirement requires most full-time undergraduate degree-seeking students who start in or after fall 2024 to have a laptop computer for coursework. How To Use Colleague Self-Service

Colleague Self-Service is an easy-to-use website that shows information from the Colleague system, which manages student and employee records. Students can view class schedules, grades, financial aid information, and more. Employees can view/update their personal information and access evaluations, course schedules, budgets, and other important data.
