- Class Info and Location – The Paramedicine program is administered in a hybrid format to support working students. Students are required to attend class in person on Thursdays from 0800 to 1700.

- You will need a student POLO SHIRT for clinical and field rotations
- You may wear the polo or a T-SHIRT to class/lab on Thursdays
- You may choose to purchase other items like a Job Shirt, Hat, Vest, Etc.
- For the lab, clinical, and field time, your uniform also includes the following:
- EMS Pants
- Shoes/Boots
- Trauma Shears
- Stethoscope
- Pen Light
- Pen and Paper
- CastleBranch Requirements—Students must purchase the student clinical clearance data warehouse through CastleBranch. (The Paramedicine package code is VE59.)
- Start the process of clearance early.
- Complete all required steps and upload all required information before the start of the semester.
- In addition to uploading your VTSU Health Form to the college, you must also upload it to CastleBranch.
- Textbooks are sold as a package through the bookstore.
- The fall package includes your full FISDAP access for the entire program.
- If you obtain the books from another source, you will be required to purchase the Whole Shebang FISDAP access through Jones and Bartlett if it does not come with your book.
- Laptop Computer – All incoming Paramedicine students must have a personal laptop with a privacy screen for use in class. Chromebooks, older MacBooks, and tablets WILL NOT WORK with our required testing software.
